Responsibilities
Design thoughtful, site-specific residential landscapes blending beauty and function.
Prepare material takeoffs and construction plans, and manage permitting with townships.
Develop & present proposals reflecting design, labor, and timelines.
Meet clients on-site to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
Follow up on proposals and maintain clear, consistent client communication.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and accurate execution.
Track sales metrics and set quarterly goals to support growth.
Suggest improvements to sales approach, client experience, and design quality.
