· Conduct site visits and analysis to assess existing conditions, identify opportunities, and constraints, and develop design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare conceptual sketches, plans, and renderings to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
· Specify appropriate materials, plant species, irrigation systems, and other elements necessary for the implementation of landscape designs.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and environmental consultants, to ensure integration of landscape design with overall site development.
· Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into landscape projects, including the use of native plants, water-efficient irrigation systems, and stormwater management techniques.
· Present design proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, soliciting feedback and making revisions as necessary.
· Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design plans and specifications in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
