This role is pivotal in leading crews to execute landscape installation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise crews in the installation of landscape enhancements, including but not limited to planting, mulching, drainage solutions, and irrigation. * Interpret and implement landscape plans and specifications accurately. * Coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources. * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. * Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. * Monitor equipment and materials, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape installation or enhancement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * Proficient in reading and executing landscape designs and plans. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
