Landscape Foreman/Construction Manager

Although this is a seasonal position, we can provide work for a minimum 9.5 months of the year, but is dependent on the weather.
Hourly wages are based on experience, but we feel we pay our foreman well and promote quickly once you have proven your skills. We love to reward skill, loyalty, hard work and a positive attitude.
Summary of Position:
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for the successful execution of all Landscape projects from start to finish including management of all staff, job scheduling and product acquisition. They are also responsible for ensuring site and equipment safety procedures are being followed at all times. We believe a safe workplace is a successful workplace.
Although mechanical abilities are not a requirement – knowledge of proper equipment maintenance procedures are a must. The foreman is responsible for working with our mechanic to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Proper equipment maintenance skills will reflect in the wage offered.
