Description

McCague Landscape Construction has an open position for an experienced and an A+ team leader Landscape Supervisor to join our growing Landscaping Company. The Landscape Forman’s role will include coordinating a crew of landscapers on and off site. You will oversee landscapers, equipment operation, and ensure that the property under our charge is well-maintained. As the Supervisor, you will also be responsible for training the crew of landscapers in their tasks.
For our Landscape Supervisor to be successful, you will need to be dedicated, delegate tasks and have excellent communication skills.

Landscape Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Confer with landscapers to coordinate maintenance or cleaning activities
  • Inspect buildings or grounds to determine conditions
  • Establish work standards
  • Direct activities of landscapers
  • Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Inspect work to ensure standards are met
  • Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections
  • Document work hours or activities
  • A minimum of 5 years experience
  • Must be able to safely operate equipment, including skid steer, mini excavator, quick cut saw, chain saw and all relevant equipment.
  • Great attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable and self-motivated
