Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL)are a leading commercial and residential landscape company in Western Australia that has been in the business for over 40 years. We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand.
TDL now employs nearly 140 people on projects in Perth and the South West.

Following significant growth in our Commercial Maintenance teams across the Perth Metro area, we are currently recruiting for additional Gardeners and a Lead Gardener to join the team.
As a Lead Gardener, you will have at least 3 years of experience and be able lead and mentor junior members of the team. Ideally you will have a trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field, and a current driver’s license (preferably MR or HR).

As a Gardener, you’ll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:

• Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
• Gardening duties (pruning, hedging, weeding etc.)
• Pest & disease control
• Fertiliser application
• Irrigation maintenance
• Softscape upgrades
