ABOUT YOU - QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Gardening & property maintenance experience is required;
A great work attitude, you are a team player who works well with others;
Attention to detail and able to show initiative;
Great communication skills, and a friendly personality;
Fit & healthy and ready for physical work.
A full NZ driver’s licence is required.

THE ROLE
We are expanding our team in Queenstown and looking to hire 2 experienced full-time permanent staff as Landscape Gardener. Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. We spend our time working in the great outdoors with tasks ranging from regular lawn and garden maintenance through to residential and commercial landscaping.
Who wouldn’t want to be able to spend their day enjoying Queenstown at its best by being
outdoors and getting to see multiple spots around Queenstown.
We work Monday to Friday, with an 8:00am start to approx. 5:00pm most days.
DUTIES:
Manage and maintain client’s properties and landscapes;
Perform landscaping and gardening services, including lawn mowing, gardening, trimming,
pruning, soft and hard landscaping, weed spray and fertilisation and more;
Install soft and hard landscaping, including but not limited to planting, gardens, fencing and
landscaping materials;
Train and supervise new staff;
Operate company vehicles and equipment;
Perform routine maintenance checks and maintain and repair equipment;
Accurately quote jobs and present opportunities for upsells;
Communicate with customers in a polite and courtesy manner;
Liaise with staff to communicate work matters and coordinate jobs;
Follow health and safety procedures and actively participate in the improvement of health
and safety;
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Operations Manager.
