REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced landscape construction knowledge learned through 7+ years of hardscape installation experience
• 5+ years of Construction Foreman experience supervising 2 or more staff
• Basic knowledge of Plant Material and Installation procedures
• Full G license with clean abstract or CVOR
• Professional & Punctual
• Good communication skills with both teammates & clients

• Ability to assess, manage and lead project sites by successfully reading blueprints and implementing installation of a landscape design
• Work closely with your operations manager to: maintain efficient operations and project budgets while providing leadership to your crew
• Supervise a construction crew of 3-5 employees
• Operate/supervise the safe operation of a variety of equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, sod cutters, laser level, etc.
• Grading & Installation of Natural & Pre-cast products
• Maintain assigned equipment and reports required repairs
• Support Jeff’s Outdoor safety, performance and culture
• Winter season snow removal (with SUB Program Support)
