Description The Master's Lawn Care is looking for Landscape Installation Foreman to fill an opportunity within our growing organization. We are looking for a Crew Leader who has the right work ethic and experience to join our team to help continue the excellent work that our clients have come to expect from us. The opportunity is to join a quickly growing team that has 2 locations - one in St. Augustine (where this job is located) and another in Gainesville. The jobs include plant installation, sod installation, mulching, french drains, and more. Requirements The Landscape Installation Foreman and team members are reliable, driven to succeed, detailed, and enjoy working outdoors. They are also professional and take pride in their work. They are knowledgeable or capable of completing plant layout, bed creation, sod installation, and drainage. They have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment where they are rewarded for performance and empowered to succeed. The starting pay is $16 - $21 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

The role involves joining a growing team to perform landscape installation tasks such as plant installation, sod installation, mulching, and french drains. The Crew Leader is expected to help continue the excellent work clients expect from the organization.
