Our Landscape Install Technicians bring designs to life, building environments that inspire, serve, and endure. From driving to job sites to laying sod and hardscape, your work directly impacts the quality, safety, and beauty of every project we deliver. What Success Looks Like Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites, following DOT and company vehicle policies. Load, transport, and unload sod, stone, mulch, and tools to keep crews ready and projects on schedule. Install sod and lay hardscape (pavers, stone, edging) with precision and care for a professional finish. Perform grading, planting, mulching, edging, trimming, and irrigation setup as needed. Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and effectively. Follow foreman instructions and site plans to complete tasks accurately and on time. Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment throughout the day. Work productively in all weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs. Communicate and collaborate with teammates respectfully to get the job done right. Show pride in craftsmanship by focusing on details, finishing strong, and asking questions when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with The Loving Company’s core values: honesty, teamwork, intensity, compassion, and excellence. Requirements What Sets You Apart High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that shows readiness for hands-on work. Must pass a DOT medical exam and MVR check to drive company vehicles. Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required, we’ll train the right candidate. Able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and able to work efficiently both independently and with a crew. Valid driver’s license required; clean motor vehicle record strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and motivated, with pride in producing quality, visible results. Spanish language skills are a plus and support teamwork across our crews.
