We're looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and loves seeing a finished project come to life. In this role, you'll work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area. What We Offer Competitive starting pay at $43,000 + depending on experience Year-round, full-time employment Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and paid holidays 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) — you're a partner, not just an employee What You'll Do Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions Requirements Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program) Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic customer service and communication skills Ability to pass background check, drug screening (including marijuana), and DOT physical Why Ryan Lawn & Tree?
