JM Property Maintenance is a property maintenance company dedicated to keeping commercial and residential properties safe, clean, and well-maintained all year long. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Perform lawn care services including grass cutting, trimming, edging, and clean-up.
• Operate lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain landscaped areas by removing weeds, raking leaves, and general clean-up.
• Provide snow removal services including plowing, shoveling, salting, and de-icing walkways and parking lots.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, plows, and salt spreaders.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
