Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining equipment
Plant and tree knowledge
Plant and maintain gardens and lawns
Construct walkways, patios, walls, fences, decks, posts, etc.
Ensuring that you are wearing the necessary personal protective equipment at all times
Conduct preventive maintenance on necessary tools and equipment
Transport raw materials using wheelbarrows, shovels, carts, etc.
Complete other tasks assigned to them by management
The Landscape Labourer will be required to work under the direction of management, however they will also have to work under their own initiative as well. Communication with various team members and customers is key to being successful in this position. This job will also require a tolerance to heat due to the greenhouse setting as well as from working outdoors.
