What You’ll Do As a Commercial Maintenance Business Development Manager, you will focus on building and growing recurring maintenance partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Responsibilities include: • Converting existing landscape installation clients into long-term maintenance accounts • Generating and managing $800K+ in annual maintenance revenue • Selling enhancement services including landscape lighting, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, turf care, and additional property improvements • Creating accurate estimates and professional proposals with a goal of presenting within 3 business days • Prospecting new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, community involvement, and cold outreach • Building strong relationships with property managers, commercial clients, HOAs, and residential customers • Maintaining healthy project gross margins between 52–60% • Collaborating closely with operations and production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, self-motivated, and confident in their ability to develop business and close deals. Qualifications include: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proven sales ability with confidence presenting proposals and closing opportunities • Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • 3–5 years of landscape, horticulture, maintenance, or related industry experience preferred • Experience with CAD software, estimating, or landscape design is a plus • Valid driver’s license required Why You’ll Love Working Here At Gardens of Babylon, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
