SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential and strata lawn and garden maintenance.
• 2+ years hands-on experience as a crew leader
• Experience with landscape installation techniques and their applications.
• Familiar with landscaping tools and machinery
• Proven ability to focus on micro details
• Drivers license is a must have
• Proven ability to be apart of a high performance team
• Sales & estimating experience is a plus

THE ROLE:

You will be:

• Managing a crew of 1-2 other landscapers on high-end residential / strata properties
• Lawn mowing and triming, hedge trimming, weeding, deadheading, comfortable with ladders, leaf collection
• Ensuring a professional onsite image is maintained
• Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and clean to be productive and hit scheduled goals
• Keeping clients in the know on their landscape, making recommendations, and ensuring they are happy with our services
• Relay any issues or positives from client interactions and/or requests to the Maintenance Manager
