MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• Must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the landscape industry
• Fluency in English, oral and written communication
• Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking.
• Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
• Lead the execution of maintenance service agreements, planning requirements for labor, equipment to successful ensure delivery of our promises to our clients on time, on budget and on scope.
• Provide training to new team members
• Communicate effectively with clients, team and project managers alike
• Maintain the policies for dress code and safety with the team to build a professional culture and environment.
