We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Lead Hand to join our crew — someone who can perform the day-to-day tasks, drive a truck/trailer, and step up to support the team when needed. This is a hands-on working role, not a full-time supervisor position — perfect for someone with experience who wants to grow into leadership.

• Mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and garden bed care
• Driving company trucks and trailers to/from job sites
• Leading or supporting small crews when foreman is away
• Equipment setup, maintenance, and site organization
• Snow removal in winter (shoveling, salting, snow blowing, equipment work depending on experience)
