• Overseeing everything from lawn, garden beds, snow removal, and more
• Coordinating daily job schedules and keeping everything on track
• Training crew members and setting high expectations
• Ensuring sites are clean, safe, and meeting client’s expectations
• Operating landscaping and snow equipment (mowers, trimmers, plows, salters, etc.)
• Responding to snow events – day or night – with a plan and a purpose
