We’re currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance teams in providing outstanding care to client properties and ensure all maintenance operations are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of landscape maintenance crews. This includes scheduling, training, quality control, and client communication. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, turf management, and seasonal maintenance practices
  • Experience with irrigation systems, lighting, and plant health diagnostics a plus
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews in a professional, respectful manner
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
  • Knowledge of basic landscape equipment operation and maintenance
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct maintenance crews across multiple job sites daily
  • Ensure proper horticultural practices are followed, including pruning, fertilizing, mowing, weeding, and seasonal cleanups
  • Perform regular quality checks on properties to maintain high standards
  • Schedule and manage weekly routes and ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Train and mentor crew members in field practices and safety procedures
  • Communicate professionally with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor equipment use and maintenance; report needs or issues promptly
  • Track time, materials, and job progress accurately and submit reports as required
  • Assist with seasonal planning, including annual flower rotations, mulching, and plant health care schedules
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of accountability
  • Work to grow maintenance portfolio by speaking with prospective new customers and provide quotes and contracts as needed
