As a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead, you’ll lead a team to ensure the successful completion of grounds maintenance service contracts. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervise and guide crew members, emphasizing safety, productivity, and quality.
• Plan and coordinate truck loading/unloading, daily labor, and material requirements, ensuring efficient project logistics.
• Conduct comprehensive landscape maintenance, incorporating plant specific care, including pruning, watering, and disease control, along with grass cutting and fertilizing, to consistently uphold high-quality standards in outdoor spaces.
• Collaborating closely with our horticulturalist to ensure the highest standards of plant care and skillful pruning techniques.
• Operate power equipment, conduct regular inspections, and ensure proper maintenance for optimal efficiency.
• Implement time management strategies to enhance workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Utilize technology for project coordination, including scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Provide coaching and training on landscape maintenance techniques, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, communicating and enforcing guidelines to crew members.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns.
