We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gardening Team Leader to join our small but boutique team. The successful candidate will manage the garden and grounds maintenance at several high end residential properties throughout the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The successful candidate will lead the gardening team (2 staff per crew) and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring the outdoor spaces are safe, well-presented, and maintained to the highest standards, all within budget and in line with client expectations.
We currently work 38 hours over a 5 day week, but this can be modified to suit the successful candiate (eg. 38 hour, 4 day week)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience on general gardening equipment + light landscaping equipment
• Experience and/or Cert II in Horticulture (or similar) and employment in similar past garden maintenance position
• Carry out a range of horticultural duties, including mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and plant care
• Current driver’s license (class C)
• Ability to work with at least 1 other staff member on any given day
