Description POSITION OVERVIEW The Landscape Production Manager is an experienced leader who will oversee and coordinate all landscape operations across the company. This position is responsible for managing group leaders who direct teams in landscape construction installation and maintenance as well as managing irrigation and turf technicians. He or she will bring strong operational expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Management Directly supervise and mentor group leaders responsible for landscape construction installation and maintenance along with an irrigation and a turf technician Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge across all service areas Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to group leaders Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout all production teams Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between divisions to optimize resource allocation Operations & Project Oversight Oversee daily operations across all landscape divisions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Review and approve project schedules, resource assignments, and equipment allocation Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements to maximize productivity while minimizing callbacks Coordinate with sales and design team to ensure smooth project transitions from proposal to execution Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols Lead snow operations from team management through client communications before, during, and after snow/ice events Quality Control & Client Relations Establish and maintain quality standards for all landscape services Address client concerns and resolve issues escalated from group leaders and account managers Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations Review completed projects to identify areas for improvement and best practices Financial & Resource Management Develop and manage production KPI incentives across all divisions Analyze financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures Monitor labor productivity and optimize crew efficiency Track material usage and work with Fleet and Yard Manager to maintain inventory controls Safety & Compliance Ensure all operations comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Lead safety meetings and promote a zero-incident culture Stay current with industry regulations and environmental guidelines Requirements KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in landscape operations At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing multiple teams or divisions Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction, maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and turf management Proven track record of managing complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously Strong understanding of landscape equipment, materials, and industry best practices Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications Must be proficient with all types of technology: computers, tablets, mobile devices, Microsoft Office Suite (excel, power point, word) Proven track record of leading and developing people?
