JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Landscape Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate landscape projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Coordinate and manage landscape projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Work closely with landscape designers, contractors, business development team and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and reports
• Assist in sourcing materials, preparing cost estimates, and managing procurement processes
