Description NOW HIRING A SALES AND SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY! SALARY OF $50,000-$60,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE! We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Assistant to support our growing irrigation and landscaping division. This role is critical to maintaining strong client communication, driving quote follow-ups, and supporting a department generating $5M+ annually, with significant growth expected. Requirements: Answer incoming client calls and provide professional support Prepare and send quotes to clients in a timely manner Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to help drive sales conversions Assist in maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle Support scheduling of approved jobs in coordination with operations Attend 1–2 weekly networking/marketing events Requirements Landscape industry experience strongly preferred Valid Driver’s License required Strong computer proficiency (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email communication) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willing to complete a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen Why Join Our Team?
