We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Services & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, sales, or marketing role is highly preferred. Experience in the landscaping, construction, or building supply industry is a strong asset.
• Sales Acumen: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
• Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic marketing principles and familiarity with social media management for business.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use, including MS Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
