We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction, with proven leadership skills. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality work, and mentoring team members in various gardening and irrigation tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is essential.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required to effectively manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to landscaping projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
