JOB SUMMARY: The Landscape Technical Executive supports technical documentation, shop drawing coordination and site-related technical clarifications for landscape projects. The role bridges design and construction by ensuring accurate technical details and coordination across disciplines. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare detailed landscape technical drawings, planting plans and hardscape details. • Coordinate design information with engineers, horticultural specialists and contractors. • Review shop drawings and technical submissions for compliance. • Support site inspections, identify technical issues and assist in resolving design discrepancies. • Maintain documentation including drawing registers and technical records. • Assist in material and plant selection research. • Support BIM/CAD model development and updates. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma in Landscape Architecture or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in landscape technical roles. • Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and landscape detailing. • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
