*Experience in the landscaping field is required. *Clean driving record and valid Driver's License REQUIRED. Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. We are looking to add motivated team members and leaders. Responsibilities Manage maintenance and upkeep of all assigned equipment and vehicles Ensure truck is stocked and prepared for day Manage assigned crew and train new members Effectively communicate with direct managers regarding crew members, properties, equipment or any other issues Manage daily workflow and ensure all jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner Manage a safe workspace for all crew members, ensuring all members follow safety policies Overtime may be required. Duties may include mowing, trimming, leaf clean-ups, landscape/hardscape installation, shrub trimming, and pruning, tree trimming and pruning, weed maintenance, seasonal flower installation and maintenance, property upkeep, implementing machinery such as aerators, spreading fertilizer and/or other materials, along with other general labor activities. This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. All candidates must present a clean and professional appearance and must be capable of working safely and efficiently. Crew Members typically work a 4 day week, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days. Friday and/or Saturday may be required OT due to weather or incomplete jobs. *Candidate must be able to read and write in English. *Clean driving record and valid Driver's License REQUIRED. *A high school degree or GED is preferred. *Experience in the landscaping field is required. *Seasonal position.

Responsibilities

Manage daily workflow, equipment maintenance, and crew training to ensure all landscaping and maintenance jobs are completed correctly. Ensure a safe workspace and effective communication with management regarding property and crew status.
