This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a job site, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

• Assisting with the installation of hardscapes (pavers, patios, retaining walls), softscapes, plantings, irrigation, and lighting
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Following design plans and direction from the site Foreman to ensure top-quality workmanship
• Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and organized throughout each project
• Supporting your crew and working as a team to meet project timelines and client expectations
• Handling material loading/unloading and basic site prep
