• Assist in building decks, fences, pergolas, and custom woodwork;
• Learn how to read plans, measure, cut, and install materials;
• Set up and clean job sites, load/unload tools and materials;
• Support the lead carpenter in day-to-day construction tasks; and
• Ask questions, stay curious, and grow your skills every day.
