LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN - LOCATED IN CALEDON (ALTON), ONTARIO

We are currently hiring individuals to join our Horticulture team in the position of Landscape Technician for our 2025 season. With three golf courses, all ranked in SCOREGolf’s top 100 and hosting the 2025 RBC Canadian Open, your experience at Osprey will be like no other. We have now expanded to include 2 clubhouses, 17 villas, future site of Golf Canada, and the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame. With these new amenities, we will have plentiful landscapes for guests to relax and enjoy. As a Landscape Technician, you will play a vital role in crafting and maintaining stunning landscapes under the expert guidance of our horticulture supervisor team. Our mission is to elevate the guest experience by ensuring our landscapes are not only beautiful but also healthy and well-kept. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive work ethic and punctuality.
  • Embrace early mornings Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays when required.
  • Physical ability to carry out all duties common to the grounds maintenance industry including repetitious tasks, mowing, gardening, digging, lifting, etc.
  • Ability to perform tasks to completion both in a team and independent environment within budgeted timelines.
  • Positive attitude, effective critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Previous golf course or landscaping experience are beneficial but not necessary.
  • CSA approved safety shoes/boots.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
