POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Landscape Warranty Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing warranty maintenance and repair work on completed landscaping projects to ensure they continue to meet our quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or repair work preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and repair practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally with customers
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must

• Complete warranty-related maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on job sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve landscaping issues reported under warranty
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
