Description We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to maintain the pristine appearance of our country club grounds. This role is responsible for ensuring that all outdoor areas including golf courses, gardens, walkways, and common spaces are beautifully maintained to provide an exceptional experience for members and guests. Key Responsibilities: Maintain golf course grounds, including fairways, greens, and rough areas Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns to maintain a polished appearance Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants Trim hedges and maintain landscaping around club facilities Rake sand bunkers and assist with course setup as needed Install and maintain irrigation systems Remove debris, leaves, and trash from all outdoor areas Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Assist with special event setup and outdoor presentations Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests or disease Qualifications: Previous landscaping or golf course maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of turf management and plant care is a plus Ability to operate landscaping machinery (mowers, aerators, trimmers) Physical ability to work outdoors and perform manual labor Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Skills: Attention to detail and commitment to high standards Strong teamwork and communication skills Time management and reliability Basic knowledge of irrigation and turf care Work Environment: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Early morning shifts are common to prepare grounds before members arrive Fast-paced environment during tournaments and events Compensation & Benefits (optional): Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Golf privileges or employee discounts (if applicable) Health benefits and paid time off
