OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing small landscaping projects and ensuring high-quality work is delivered. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and have a minimum of three years of Landscaping Experience. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team in various landscaping tasks while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
  • Experience with Grading, Retaining Wall Installation, Patio Stone Installation, Tree & Shrub Planting, Fencing & Other Landscaping Related Tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work and adapt based on project requirements.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $19.49-$32.43 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations and project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites and communicate with team members and customers to ensure excellent project completion.
  • Operate Landscaping Equipment in a Safe & Competent Manner.
  • Drive & Haul Landscaping Equipment & Materials to and from Jobsites & Suppliers.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or requests.
