Professional landscape design and installation company
Looking for someone to join where they will have input and be a part of each project from start to finish.
The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a project. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and work well under pressure, and will ensure that both clients and the company are happy with the results. This position requires experience supervising crews and good decision-making skills, as well as expertise in developing and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the production of all workers.
• Give orders and instructions to workers.
• Be an expert on all company contracts and agreements.
• Responsible for the success of all crew members.
• Be able to work in any type of weather.
• Have a good grasp of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• landscape construction: 3 years (required)
