The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day landscaping tasks and help deliver high-quality projects from start to finish. Working as part of a motivated team and reporting directly to the director, you’ll be hands-on across a wide variety of work, including:

• Setting out and installing paving, edging, turf, garden beds and retaining walls.
• Working alongside concreters to deliver high-end concrete finishes.
• Leading small crews to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
• Occasionally operating machinery and equipment to assist with site preparation and construction.
• Managing site workflow – from material handling to quality checks.
• Bringing a strong eye for detail to every stage of construction and finish.
• Problem-solving on site and making sure jobs are delivered efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.95 – $47.54 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week

• Have you done concreting work before?
• Have you built or assisted with decking, pergolas, or other carpentry work?
• Do you have experience operating machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors, etc.)?

Experience:

• Landscaping construction : 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

• Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
