Job Summary: Marketing Alliance Group is seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join our team. This position involves working on both commercial and residential properties across various locations in Dalton, Calhoun, and Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality results. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintain and enhance landscapes for both commercial and residential properties. • Perform a variety of tasks including planting, mowing, trimming, mulching, and general upkeep. • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. • Collaborate with team members to execute landscape designs and projects. • Ensure job sites are clean and organized at all times. • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: • Previous landscaping experience is required. • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles. • Working knowledge of typical lawn care and plants; lawn equipment uses, maintenance and repair. • Must have general “handyman” knowledge to be used in a wide range of light maintenance for both interior and exterior structure repairs. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment. Supervision Received: Works with minimal supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to supervisor. Physical Requirements: • Lifting: Occasionally raises objects from a lower to a higher position or moves objects horizontally from position-to position. Weight is up to 50lbs. • Push/Pull: Occasionally uses upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion. Weight is usually less than 50 lbs. • Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and the like using feet and legs or hands and arms. • Gripping: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hand(s). Fingers are involved

Responsibilities

The Landscaper will maintain and enhance landscapes for commercial and residential properties by performing tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, and mulching. This role also requires operating and maintaining landscaping equipment safely and collaborating with the team to execute projects.
