Landscape Laborer WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking well-qualified Landscape Laborer to perform a variety of landscape and snow removal tasks. As a Landscape Laborer you will * Operate mowing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools for landscape projects * Operate a plow truck and/or snow removal equipment * Prepare and maintain a clean work site by removing waste materials, rubble, and debris * Occasionally climb ladders or use boom/scissor lifts to reach high areas * Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed * Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, with exposure to dust, pollen, and asphalt and concrete * Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * 1+ years of landscape experience * Experience operating industrial lawn mowers and snow removal equipment * Knowledge of outside irrigation systems preferred but not required * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be at least 21 years of age with valid drivers license * Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds * Have the ability to stand for a long duration of time and work at a fast pace * Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required * Authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe work space.
