JOB DESCRIPTION Tri Scapes has partnered with TotalPML in Sanford Fl, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Account Manager. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and management capabilities. This includes managing maintenance crews - setting goals for the crews, tracking their progress, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring their efficiency. In addition, this position would be responsible for communicating with and fostering strong relationships with clients - their needs and goals. DUTIES * Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff in daily operations, ensuring high standards of performance and safety * Develop and implement maintenance schedules for landscape upkeep, coordinating with tree care, projects, and irrigation systems * Conduct regular inspections of grounds to assess the condition of landscapes and identify areas needing attention or improvement * Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working order * Train staff on best practices for landscape maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment usage * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities that align with organizational goals QUALIFICATIONS * Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or landscaping role * Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, groundskeeping, tree care, and irrigation techniques * Ability to build effective teams through supervision and training * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments * A passion for maintaining outdoor spaces that enhance the environment WHY US? * Feeling of a family owned business with room for growth and advancement * Opportunity to collaborate and implement your own ideas and systems * Ability to build supportive relationships with coworkers * Company has strong values and focuses on honesty, integrity, and kindness
