WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping, Garden Design, or related field.
• Strong industry experience in one or both disciplines.
• Assessor and/or Internal Quality Assurance qualifications (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons in horticulture and landscaping to apprentices
• Teach topics such as plant science, planting design, garden maintenance, hard and soft landscaping, and industry health & safety.
• Plan and assess learning to meet qualification standards.
• Support learners in developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours for success in the workplace.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with College quality processes.
