JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

• Truck and trailer experience
• Larger commercial project experience preferred
• Willingness to perform manual labour, not just operate equipment
• Use of skidsteer
• Use of mini Excavator
• Pavers and retaining wall experience preferred
• A strong work ethic, not standing around waiting to be told what to do
• Integrity, values and respect (especially for ones manager)
• Care deeply about a healthy team environment
• Task oriented and able to work without supervision
• Attention to detail and take pride in their workmanship
