Job Summary: We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our landscaping team. As a Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll be working long days outdoors, assisting with a variety of tasks to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance projects Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Perform digging, raking, planting, mulching, and sod installation Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided if needed) Follow directions from the crew leader or supervisor Maintain a clean and safe worksite Work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended hours Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor (lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods) Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard each day Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather Team player with a positive attitude Valid driver’s license is required What We Offer: On-the-job training Opportunity for growth and advancement Work in a team-oriented, hands-on environment Overtime potential during busy seasons Requirements Driver's license
