Your Opportunity We are looking for Landscaping Engineers to join our Talent Pool for potential opportunities with Serco across various contracts in the UAE. Key Accountabilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services provided by external contractors. Supervise, monitor, and improve the performance of landscaping service providers Administer and monitor landscaping services and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency Assist in the development and implementation of landscaping policies, procedures, and management strategies Conduct landscaping inspections and audits at regular intervals to ensure optimal maintenance Liaise with clients, staff, and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations Be available to respond to client inquiries on a 24/7 basis Specific Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing landscaping services within large-scale operations Knowledge of international and local regulations related to landscaping and environmental management Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement Join Us At Serco, we believe there is a place here for everyone.
