EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Industry experience in commercial landscaping, reticulation construction and estimating.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written expression of the English language.
• Excellent time and staff management skills in a demanding work environment. This includes the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources.
• Subcontractor procurement and negotiating.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.

• Certificate III Landscape Construction or Diploma in Landscaping/Horticulture/Project Management or an associated field work will be highly regarded.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic. This role requires full accountability for the tender process whilst demonstrating sound judgement to ensure all estimating and procurement activities are focused towards the set company goals. You will have a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team.
