Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating stunning landscapes? Your Green Team is hiring a Landscaping Laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate takes pride in landscaping, enjoys working with their hands, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor transformations. Responsibilities: Perform landscaping tasks, including site prep, grading, planting, and installing sod, pavers, and mulch. Read and interpret design drawings to bring outdoor projects to life. Operate and maintain tools and equipment for landscaping tasks. Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job. Assist with other duties as needed—no two days are the same! Requirements Landscaping experience preferred but not required, along with experience operating and maintaining equipment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
