JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work. This role involves various landscaping tasks, including maintaining gardens, operating power tools, and ensuring the overall aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of landscapes while adhering to safety standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred, though not required; we are committed to providing training for motivated individuals eager to learn.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, as it will assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues that may arise on-site.
• Ability to work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.

  Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

• Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat and well-maintained appearance.
• Cut grass, trim edges, and rake debris to maintain the aesthetic quality of the landscape.
• Ensure job sites remain clean and organized by removing debris and properly storing tools after use.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to deadlines.
