Landscape Labourer, Grass Crew
Reports to: Landscape Working Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Grass Cutter & Landscaper. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients’ outdoor spaces through expert grass cutting and landscaping techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of grass cutting techniques, equipment operation, and basic landscaping principles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing outdoor spaces.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures in the landscaping industry.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals

• Perform regular grass cutting and edging to ensure lawns are neatly manicured and maintained to high standards.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and edgers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assess lawn conditions and identify areas requiring additional care or treatment
• Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and pruning, to enhance the overall appearance of outdoor spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including properly disposing of yard waste and debris.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Completing daily time cards accurately and on time
