WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Crew Lead Hand, you’ll be working on high-end residential and commercial hardscape projects, building everything from patios and retaining walls to outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and water features. You’ll be expected to bring your expertise, energy, and problem-solving skills to the job site every day.

YOUR ROLE

• Read and execute landscape plans with precision and efficiency.
• Level, grade, and prep work areas before installations.
• Install pavers, natural stone, veneer stone, retaining walls, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, water features, and more.
• Work with a high-performance team to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
• Operate small and large construction equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, paver vacuums, and power wheelbarrows.
• Communicate needs and adjustments with the crew lead to keep the job on track.
• Train and develop new team members to help them grow.
• Work outside in all weather conditions because real pros don’t quit when the weather changes.
