JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced leader to oversee and guide our landscape maintenance crews. As a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while fostering a high-performing team environment.
Candidates with experience in residential landscape maintenance will be best positioned for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in horticulture or a related field is considered an asset
• Experience working in and running residential Landscape crews is preferred
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and crew supervision
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and equipment
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and specifications
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and three years of personal insurance
