• Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day landscaping operations
• Supervise crews, ensure quality work, and keep projects on schedule
• Train and develop team members on equipment, techniques, and safety
• Assist with estimating jobs and planning schedules
• Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and efficiency
• Manage materials, equipment usage, and crew productivity
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and coaching of new team members
